Last week, we get a message from Lindsay, she wanted to order a fisherman style doll on our site and told me it was a gift for his dad. She thought about the father’s Day gift idea for a long time, not sure which gift would be great for this year, as she came to visit our site, was really happy to know the bobblehead would be a wonderful gift. But she has no side or any additional pics so worried about whether we can make the doll with just one front view, we told her to upload her father’s front view in order and would check with artists, we see her father’s face has obvious special character, like white hair, beard and facial hair, wrinkles on face, small eyes, which can make the doll easily sculpted and identified. We replied no worry, we can sculpt with just one pic. And there is also time problem, only two weeks left, she was afraid the gift cannot arrive on time, I told her to select our 5 days shipping method, we would rush for her and send proofs to her once proofs come out.
The proof is finished within 3 working days , we sent to her and she replied us in email: “Looks so fantastic! No changes necessary. Can’t wait for it to arrive!!!!” This is obsolutely the most lovely words artists want to hear back from clients. No changes can save us more time, we then proceed to bake and assemble the doll, ship it out after get her final approval. She get the doll on time, much earlier than expected and give us her feedback:
