We packed the parcel very well, and use a lot of bubble wrap to proteact the parcel, to ensure the cake topper will arrive to customer's hands safety, but if the parcel unfortunately damage during the shipping, please take a picture and let us know , then we will find a best solution with you - send it back to repair or we remade a new one to replace.
