Each custom bobblehead is individually created according to the photos and customization instructions you provide.

Our artists carefully work on the facial features, hairstyle, clothing, pose, accessories, and other personalized details to create a unique figurine made specifically for you.

2. Free Proofing & Adjustments

For orders that include our proofing service, we provide proof photos during the creation process so you can review your custom bobblehead before it is completed.

You may request reasonable adjustments during the proofing stages. Once you approve a proof, our artists will proceed to the next stage of production.

This process allows you to participate in the creation of your personalized figurine and review important details before completion.

Please note: Our 5-Day Rush production option does not include proofing because of the accelerated production schedule.

5. Flexible Production Options

Our standard production time is approximately 2–3 weeks. Faster production options are also available for customers with tighter deadlines.

• 10-Day Rush
• 5-Day Rush: no proofing due to the accelerated production schedule

Production time refers to the approximate time required to complete and dispatch your custom order. Shipping/transit time is separate.

6. Reliable Express Shipping

We primarily use DHL, FedEx, or UPS Express for international shipments, depending on the destination and service availability.

After production is completed and your order has been dispatched, express delivery typically takes approximately 2–4 business days to most major cities.

Tracking information will be provided after shipment. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, local holidays, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
