I wanted to say the whole process of developing the doll was easy and resulted in a product that me and my family loved. I will absolutely recommend you to family and friends. Actually you were recommended to me by my nephew, Anthony Pronti, who had dolls made up a year or two ago. He obviously loved the results. My brothers expressed interest a few days ago so he may be ordering soon too. The entire experience has just been a pleasure. You incorporated all my feedback during the development process, and then the shipping was quick and I was able to track it up until it arrived on my doorstep. I did receive it and it looks really great, very happy with the finished product. It will be about a month before we present it to him at his retirement, but I have shared it with the others in our group and they have been very happy with the results as well.
